Party Policies

  1. Venue area, home, rented room etc. should be as free of toys, distractions, loose balloons, loud noises as possible. For example, don't place me near a bouncy house, other audible music, or have toys strewn around and easily in reach.

  2. An open gathering area for myself and your party guests that allows the kids to sit on floor and have room to dance and move about is needed.  I am happy to Facetime with you to look at in-home space options

  3. Parking close up to the venue for myself is needed. You agree to notify me of parking options and save me a spot in a difficult to park situation (this can be accomplished by moving a previously parked vehicle when I arrive). Parking fees, if applicable, to be paid by host.

  4. Thank you for understanding the importance of respecting the arranged entertainment start time. If you are running late/delayed with your party plans and Miss Katie's schedule allows her to "begin late, and complete full session time", you will be billed for the additional time.

  5. In the unlikely event of illness or emergency by Little Circle Songs & Moves (Kathleen Cobucci) and event booking must be cancelled, a full refund of your deposit will be made.  If rescheduling desired, a discount will be offered 

  6. Life Happens, if you have an emergency and need to reschedule the date or time of your event, I will work to accommodate the change. If booking cancelled by client, the initial deposit is not refundable. However, if event is able to be rescheduled, the deposit holds and there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

Outdoor Party or Event Settings

  1. Refunds are not given for cancellation due to inclement weather such as rain. Full payment will be required. It is the client's responsibility to have a backup weather plan in place. Bad air quality (smoke conditions), excess heat (generally upper 80's and over), cold (generally below 46 degrees) may also necessitate moving the party indoors. 

  2. Client shall provide adequate shelter from sun, rain, wind, smoke or moisture to protect the Artist and equipment. Access to an electrical outlet for outdoor amplification is required within distance of standard extension cord length. It is the host responsibility to verify outdoor electrical outlet availability at parks and pavilions.

  3. Ms. Katie requires herself to have shade coverage while performing outdoors (my main set up point needs to be shaded)
